1. Customer Cancellation Requests

If you wish to cancel an order, contact ATHCULTURE as soon as possible after placing the order.

Cancellation requests are accepted where operationally possible but are not guaranteed.

Once an order has entered processing, packing, fulfillment, dispatch or shipment, cancellation may no longer be possible.

2. How to Request Cancellation

Contact customersupport@athculture.com and include your order number.

3. Successful Cancellation

If a prepaid order is successfully cancelled before fulfillment, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

External payment providers may require additional processing time after ATHCULTURE initiates the refund.

4. Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

If cancellation is no longer possible, an eligible product may be returned after delivery in accordance with the ATHCULTURE Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

5. Cancellation by ATHCULTURE

ATHCULTURE may cancel an order where reasonably necessary because of:

• inventory unavailability or stock error;
• payment failure or failed payment verification;
• suspected fraud or unauthorized payment activity;
• obvious pricing or technical errors;
• incorrect product information;
• delivery restrictions;
• suspected resale or unauthorized commercial purchasing;
• breach of applicable promotional terms; or
• circumstances preventing lawful or reasonable fulfillment.

Where ATHCULTURE cancels a prepaid order, the applicable amount paid for the cancelled products will be refunded.
