Measure around the fullest part of your chest. Keep the measuring tape level and comfortably relaxed.

WAIST

Measure around your natural waist. Keep the tape comfortably close to the body without pulling it tight.

INSEAM

Measure from the inside of your leg, from the crotch to the point where you want the garment to finish.
